Sessions & Fees

My practice is ten minutes drive from York station, and is conveniently located for the surrounding areas of Copmanthorpe, Fulford, Heslington and Poppleton.

I work in an integrative style, which means working to understand and address your unique, individual concerns. Chemistry and fit are important, so I view the first session as a dual assessment of sorts. This means I’ll ask you questions about your background and current situation, as well as suggest potential ways of working together. Hopefully through this process you also get a sense of whether or not I am the right person for you.

Counselling and psychotherapy works to its own pace and rhythm, so sessions may be anything from a one time meeting to a longer term commitment.

Individuals £65 for 50 minutes
